Summary

Lynn has been in an operations role since leaving school. She started with Arrow as a Contracts & Installation Co-ordinator in 2020. With hard work, being structured, self-motivated, and possessing a can-do attitude, Lynn quickly went through the ranks and became Office Manager.

Her background in procurement, production, planning, and logistics along with her work ethic and the ability to work under pressure whilst dealing with multiple problems helped to propel her into the current role of Operations Manager.
