Jasmine Redman

Jasmine has worked her way through the ranks at Arrow to becoming one of our brightest young stars in the business.

Joining us initially as an internal sales co-ordinator gave Jasmine the very best insight into the day to day operations and she quickly learnt how her particular work ethic could benefit the business. We were quick to recognise these talents and we moved Jasmine very quickly into her next role as account manager.

Jasmine showed a real aptitude for customer care and helping Arrow deliver the very best customer experience, making sure that all of her accounts received the best attention and highest service levels. During this period, Jasmine, always keen to learn, broadened her skill set by studying for industry exams which allowed her to guide her customers with even more authority.

In her current role as sales and operations manager, Jasmine now guides the North East depot with its activities, keeping our engineers busy, our customers happy and her team motivated.
