Amanda is our People expert with almost two decades of HR experience in fast-moving service environments. She has a strong track record of delivering prompt and successful results and prides herself on being a solution provider and supporting business leaders.

Amanda’s approach centres on employee focussed initiatives which complement business strategy and she brings an expansive range of People skills and HR experience to Arrow.

Amanda’s background includes both large corporate HR functions as well as HR Lead roles in SMEs.
