Key Accounts Coordinator

Basic Salary up to £28k per year plus company benefits

Office based role from our Bournemouth location

Reporting to Key Account Director

The Role & Responsibilities of Key Account Coordinator

  • Act as the first point of contact and the face of the business for selected strategic regional and national customers.
  • Collaborate with the nationwide Key Account team to provide a unified and consistent approach to customer service.
  • Coordinate works at customer sites with our Engineering teams and 3rd parties to achieve job completion, including direct communication at the site level as needed by internal teams.
  • Act as the key liaison between Arrow’s internal teams and customers, building strong working relationships that benefit all parties involved.
  • Manage incoming customer enquiries and job requests via the helpdesk inbox and phone, ensuring quick and efficient handling, and providing timely responses to customers.
  • Oversee the submission and management of sales quotes and proposals in HubSpot, ensuring they are processed promptly and tracked accurately in the sales pipeline.
  • Update internal and external systems with status updates, costings, and invoices as required.
  • Close liaison with Regional operations teams to ensure engineer attendance times meet SLA’s, and update customer in a timely manner.
  • Diligently manage a high volume of work, ensuring all tasks progress through the job lifecycle to ultimate completion through the use of various internal systems
  • Handle unexpected or ad hoc requests from both internal and external stakeholders, working closely with the business operations team and Key Account Managers to provide effective solutions.
  • Utilise SAP and CRM systems to act as a vital link between the operations and sales teams, ensuring smooth communication and efficient workflow.

  • Able to demonstrate our core values of trust, respect, openness and team work
  • Highly self-motivated and friendly collaborator who can build immediate relationships with our customers and regional teams
  • Proven track record in field Engineering Coordination and customer service
  • Tenacious communicator who can persuade internal and external parties towards preferred delivery outcomes
  • Strong background in administration and proven use of various systems to support this element of work. Knowledge of SAP, HubSpot and BigChange advantageous.
  • Conscientious worker who will take ownership of the customer satisfaction and do all they can to support our customers when they need us
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills to resolve internal and external
  • A flexible approach and ability to assist in any tasks assigned by the business

  • Basic Salary up to £28,000 per year
