SERVICE ADMINISTRATOR – PART-TIME
Location: Unit 47A, Chilton Industrial Estate, Chilton, County Durham, DL17 0SQ
Salary: FTE £27,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Thursday, 8am – 5pm (onsite)

Our products include commercial and industrial roller shutters, sectional overhead doors, hinged doors, high-speed doors, traffic doors, fire shutters, smoke curtains, and various types of automatic gates and barriers.
We are currently looking for a Service Administrator to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is based in our Chilton office and plays a key part in supporting the coordination and delivery of service activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing inbound calls, emails, and customer queries professionally and efficiently.
- Communicating clearly with our engineers to ensure clarity, compliance, and operational efficiency.
- Updating and maintaining scheduling and sales processing systems.
- Supporting the Regional Business Coordinator (RBC) in achieving team targets and goals.
- Providing high-level administrative and customer support.
- Maintaining and organising office systems, data management, and filing.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- A proven track record of reliability and commitment to developing within a role.
- Excellent attention to detail in both written and numerical information.
- Friendly, professional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service focus and a proactive, solution-driven attitude.
- Experience planning or coordinating field-based service delivery (desirable).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- High levels of flexibility and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Experience using SAP Business One, HubSpot, and/or BigChange JobWatch.
- Previous experience within the industrial door industry.
- Familiarity with our operational geography and catchment areas.
- Previous experience with any of the platforms we use (or similar).
