These metrics will be updated every month to show you the very latest in our performance figures.

This metric shows the number of problems or service requests resolved during our engineer's initial visit, leaving the door asset in a functional and safe state.

In 2024, we started the process of interrogating our data and monitoring our engineers in our more expansive way. Utilising our asset managment and surveying programmes, we can now measure accurately our performance in the field across several criteria, providing transparent facts to our customers.
This information now drives our monthly metrics review and we're happy to provide information on request to support our claims.
