Stephen Coussens

Stephen is an important element of the Arrow machine, being responsible for the co-ordination of our South teams and managing the customers expectations. He brings to Arrow a proven track record within the industry and our teams and customers reap the benefits from decades of experience.

Stephen makes sure that our operation in the South run smoothly and efficiently, with special attention being paid to keeping to timelines and promises made!

Joined the industry as an apprentice 1997
Experience includes service, repair and installation of Folding shutters, roller shutters, sectional overheads, Fire shutters, and steel hinged doors (inc Fire exits)
Has gained experience in all warehouse functions, progressing into purchasing, customer service, labour planning, running teams remotely in the North West and North East 15 teams in total, moving up to project managing multiple sites across the south for various companies.
Currently heads up the operations team for AIGL in the South, inspiring to deliver the best experience for our customers from order intake to completion.
