Arrow manufacture a range of industrial roller shutter doors at our factory in Huddersfield, supplying and installing across the UK. Our ArrowGuard roller shutters are built for industrial and commercial buildings where security, durability and reliable operation are essential.
Every roller shutter door in the ArrowGuard range is manufactured to order using galvanised steel roller shutter curtain profiles in 0.7mm, 0.9mm and 1.2mm gauges. Shutter curtains can be single skinned or double skinned with foam filled insulation for improved energy efficiency and acoustic performance. All doors are available powder coated to any RAL or BS colour.
The ArrowGuard range covers everything from standard steel roller shutters for warehouse and factory openings to specialist fire rated shutters, insulated roller shutters and LPS1175 security rated doors. Whether the opening requires a manually operated roller door for a small loading bay or an electric operation shutter with remote control for a large industrial unit, we provide security and functionality in a single door system.

Our industrial roller shutter doors are constructed from interlocking galvanised steel slat profiles running in steel side channels mounted on mild steel support angles. The curtain rolls onto a steel tube barrel assembly at high level, supported between mild steel end plates with steel bearings. This robust construction gives ArrowGuard roller shutters the reliability and cost-effective long-term performance that industrial and commercial operators require.
Types of roller shutters in the ArrowGuard range include single skin steel doors, double skinned insulated shutters, aluminium roller shutters for lighter-duty commercial openings, and rolling grilles for retail applications.
