David is an experienced and approachable HR leader who is passionate about helping businesses and people succeed together. With a background across manufacturing, engineering, and logistics, he brings a practical, hands-on approach to HR, working closely with leaders to create strong, high-performing teams.

As a Chartered Member of the CIPD, David has led a range of organisational change and he is particularly focused on building positive workplace cultures, developing leadership capability, and supporting managers to get the best from their teams.

David works in partnership with colleagues at all levels to provide clear, pragmatic HR guidance and he is focused on strengthening the people strategy, embedding company values, and helping to position ARROW as a great place to work.
