Overview

We were delighted to be asked by an existing customer to support them on improving their commercial laundry facility. Elis have been a long standing client and we were their first port of call to help establish the best method to achieve improved energy efficiency and better operational standards.

Our Approach

We conducted a full site survey and spent time with our customer explaining the areas that we identified as scope for improvement. After conducting our report, we presented a solution that not only addressed the initial concern of energy efficiency and climate control, but also improved the operational speed that the facility could achieve.

We removed the old PVC strip curtains and replaced them with 2 new high speed Giesse Autofull doors. In a high traffic area and one that required separation between loading and production, these doors provided superb results. We have also been awarded the planned maintenance and service package to keep our doors and Elis, operational for years to come.

We’d like to thank Jack Taylor, Engineering Manager for Elis, for this incredible testimonial;

“I have worked with Arrow for a few years and have always had quick, reliable service. I’ve never had any issues and when I encountered a problem or wanted to know some information, Arrow always responded quickly and never hesitated to help. Arrow are always happy to come to site to assist with any issues you have or speak with you about any upcoming projects.

We have recently had two high speed doors installed, Arrow came in and effortlessly installed them in just one day sticking to high health and safety standards throughout. They also worked well with us to limit disruption to our production operation.

We trust Arrow and they always provide excellent service.”
