Summary

Rashawn began his career in the banking sector, before embarking on a career change into Health and Safety. For the past 4 years Rashawn was working across multiple sectors, working as a consultant supporting businesses, as well as fostering a positive Health & Safety and HR culture. He was particularly active in driving Health & Safety strategies.

Rashawn was subsequently promoted to Head Consultant, with a team that managed around 12,000 clients throughout the UK. Rashawn studied to obtain his Chartered Membership status, and spent 3 years as a Health & Safety Director of a national construction company before taking up a new challenge with ARROW Industrial Group.
