Customer Account Administrator (fixed term 6 months) – HULL

The Customer Account Administrator will work closely with the Key Accounts team playing a key role in ensuring a seamless customer experience. This temporary role handles inbound calls, emails and queries to ensure that we are providing our customers an excellent service by effectively supporting our sales and operational service delivery teams for our National Customers.

Our products include commercial and industrial roller shutters, sectional overhead doors, hinged doors, hi speed doors, traffic doors, fire shutters/smoke curtains and other types of automatic gates and barriers.

Generous salary plus excellent benefits package.  This is a fixed term role for six months, working full time Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm based in our Hull office.

 

Responsibilities will also include:

  • Developing and maintaining internal systems and records to deal with customer queries
  • Using in house CRM system to ensure team and wider parties can have visibility of all actions and comments on designated accounts, jobs and deals
  • Forming part of the customers primary point of contact team within the business for strategic customers who will rely on you to deliver on behalf of Arrow
  • Main contract administrator for assigned Key Accounts covering customer portal management including ;
    • Accepting and allocating new reactive, quoted and planned jobs to internal teams
    • Updating existing customer jobs with live information and ensuring full visibility of the status of planned and completed works
    • Uploading quotes and adding costings to jobs
    • Reviewing completed works and notifying internally and externally where additional works are identified
    • Proactively and effectively dealing with high volumes of jobs and enquiries
    • Planning, coordinating & managing attendance of engineers on client sites for industrial, commercial & retail doors including loading bay equipment.

 

The successful candidate will have the relevant skills and experience including:

  • Highly self-motivated and friendly collaborator who can build immediate relationships with our customers and regional teams
  • Proven track record in Customer Service and operational delivery
  • Great IT skills with the ability to pick up processes and systems – ideally with experience of SAP or Hubspot
  • Strong background in administration and proven use of various systems to support this element of work
  • Tenacious communicator who can persuade internal and external parties towards our preferred delivery outcomes
  • Conscientious worker who will do all they can to support our customers when they need us
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • A flexible approach and ability to assist in any tasks assigned by the business
