ARROW connects with the North with Expansion Plans
One of the UK’s leading specialist door suppliers investing in further expansion of its operations has opened a new and dedicated ‘Service & Repair Centre’ in the North East of England.
Operating from Chilton the new centre will focus on supporting all companies in the North of England to ensure the safety and security of doors and facilities.
Neil Oliver, Managing Director of ARROW industrial Group said: “We are offering a full 24 hour, 7 day a week support programme for emergency repairs as well as working closely with facility managers with planned preventative maintenance to ensure the prolonged life of their doors with safety of paramount importance to operating personnel”
“In the lead up to Christmas, Preventative Maintenance is particularly essential. With businesses, supermarkets and retails outlets operating at capacity to fulfil Christmas orders and keep all their customers happy, cold weather and mechanical safety systems can easily cause costly downtime in production, disruption to shoppers and emergency callouts”.
“Arrow will be on hand to all companies who experience door failures at any time of the day or night to get their business flowing again and we will be working closely with facility managers to identify and prevent failures happening in such an important trading period”
Neil added: “Opening a new operation in the North of England as a dedicated Service and Repair Centre is part of the wider expansion plans for ARROW. Nationwide coverage for British industry with a local service has always been our strength. We plan to continue setting up of strategically placed operational centres in 2015 which will allow ARROW to work in even closer partnership with UK business.”
” Co Durham, Hull, Huddersfield, Gloucester and Scotland will provide the core of our Service and Repair operation and we will be rolling out Centres in Manchester, Merseyside, the Midlands and the South East.”
“We have a great opportunity to invest in the growing strength of our UK economy and offer our national services locally to all major towns and cities. The ARROW name will continue to be synonymous with Service and Repair combined with lifetime support for the unrivalled ARROW range of new industrial door solution packages.”
