What are Arrowcarb Polycarbonate Doors ?
Arrowcarb Polycarbonate doors are constructed from transparent polycarbonate sheet with an optional high-impact, anti-wear laminate covering, available in a wide variety of configurations (see diagram below).
A wide variety of optional colours are available as well as our standard range (see diagram below).
These doors are pre-hung on a powder-coated, mild steel frame (stainless steel option available) using the maintenance free Delrin hinge mechanism and are supplied as a ready-to-install unit. Options include a rubber gasket fitted to the rear of the door to negate hand injury.
Vision panels can be supplied to individual customer specification. Polyethylene bumpers are available for extra protection against impact. Full automation can be provided where traffic-flow requirements are paramount.
All this makes the Arrowcarb Polycarbonate Doors a great, durable choice for any industrial use.

- Door blade is constructed from 5mm transparent polycarbonate sheet
- Opaque 1.5mm, high impact covering available in a range of colours
- Zero-maintenance Delrin hinges mechanism. Stainless steel hinge are available as an option
- Black polyethylene, hi-impact bumpers available as an option up to 1m in height
- Fully automated version available for heavy traffic flow areas
